Mental & Health Coach

Overview:

Bizsentials Consulting is seeking a Mental & Health Coach to support business owners, entrepreneurs, and professionals in managing stress, improving mental resilience, and achieving a healthy work-life balance. This consultant will provide coaching, strategies, and resources to help clients optimize their well-being while growing their businesses.

Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one and group coaching sessions focused on mental wellness, stress management, and mindset shifts.
• Develop personalized strategies to help clients manage anxiety, burnout, and work-life balance.
• Educate business owners on self-care practices that enhance productivity and decision-making.
• Offer techniques for improving focus, emotional intelligence, and resilience in high-pressure environments.
• Guide entrepreneurs through the mental challenges of scaling a business, leadership stress, and personal development.
• Provide resources, exercises, and action plans to help clients develop sustainable wellness habits.
• Stay updated on the latest research and best practices in mental health, performance psychology, and wellness for professionals.

Requirements:

• Certification in life coaching, mental health coaching, or wellness counseling.
• 3+ years of experience working with professionals, executives, or business owners.
• Strong understanding of stress management, mindfulness, and personal development strategies.
• Excellent listening and communication skills with a motivational approach.
• Ability to create personalized wellness plans for different business stages.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in psychology, counseling, or therapy is a plus (not required).
• Experience working with entrepreneurs and high-achieving professionals.
• Familiarity with cognitive behavioral techniques, emotional intelligence training, or leadership coaching.

Compensation & Work Structure:

• Contract-based position with compensation per session or project.
