Overview:
Bizsentials Consulting is looking for an Operational Management Consultant to help businesses streamline their operations, improve efficiency, and implement scalable processes. This consultant will assess business workflows, identify inefficiencies, and develop strategies to enhance productivity and profitability.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct operational assessments to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Develop strategies to optimize workflows, productivity, and business systems.
- Assist businesses in implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices.
- Provide guidance on supply chain management, logistics, and resource allocation.
- Help businesses integrate technology, automation, and process improvement strategies.
- Offer recommendations for cost reduction and revenue maximization.
- Train teams on operational best practices and efficiency strategies.
- Ensure businesses have the necessary structure to scale sustainably.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in operations consulting, business process improvement, or corporate management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies (preferred).
- Ability to create and implement SOPs and business process workflows.
- Excellent communication and training abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with startups, small businesses, and growth-stage companies.
- Background in business development, project management, or supply chain optimization.
- Familiarity with CRM, ERP, or business automation tools.
Compensation & Work Structure:
- Contract-based position with compensation per project or hourly consulting rate.
- Fully remote with flexible scheduling.
- Potential for long-term consulting engagements.
