Overview:
Bizsentials Consulting is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to assist businesses with financial planning, cash flow management, and overall financial strategy. This consultant will help clients improve financial health, implement budgeting practices, and optimize revenue streams.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct financial assessments to evaluate business profitability and sustainability.
- Develop budgeting, forecasting, and financial strategy plans for businesses.
- Assist in setting up and optimizing cash flow management systems.
- Provide guidance on financial risk management and business financing options.
- Work with businesses to streamline financial reporting and bookkeeping processes.
- Advise on cost-cutting strategies, profit maximization, and revenue growth.
- Ensure businesses maintain compliance with tax laws and financial regulations.
- Offer training on financial literacy, investment strategies, and tax planning.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in finance, financial consulting, or corporate financial management.
- Strong knowledge of business finance, accounting principles, and financial strategy.
- Experience in cash flow analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks, Xero, or other financial software.
- Ability to communicate financial concepts to non-financial business owners.
Preferred Qualifications:
- CPA, CFA, or financial certification preferred but not required.
- Experience working with small businesses, startups, or entrepreneurs.
- Understanding of business funding, investment planning, and financial growth strategies.
Compensation & Work Structure:
- Contract-based position with compensation per project or hourly consulting rate.
