Overview:
Bizsentials Consulting is seeking a Virtual Assistant or VA Agency to provide administrative support, client coordination, and operational assistance. This role is ideal for detail-oriented professionals skilled in managing multiple tasks, communicating with clients, and supporting business operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage emails, scheduling, and client communications.
- Assist in project management and document organization.
- Provide customer service and client follow-ups as needed.
- Maintain and update CRM systems and client records.
- Assist with basic social media management, including scheduling posts and engagement.
- Conduct data entry, research, and report preparation.
- Support the Bizsentials team with daily administrative tasks and process improvement.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Administrative Coordinator.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in business consulting, marketing, or sales support.
- Familiarity with AI-powered automation tools for efficiency.
- Ability to work with international clients and manage time zone differences.
