Overview:

Bizsentials Consulting is seeking a Virtual Assistant or VA Agency to provide administrative support, client coordination, and operational assistance. This role is ideal for detail-oriented professionals skilled in managing multiple tasks, communicating with clients, and supporting business operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage emails, scheduling, and client communications.
  • Assist in project management and document organization.
  • Provide customer service and client follow-ups as needed.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems and client records.
  • Assist with basic social media management, including scheduling posts and engagement.
  • Conduct data entry, research, and report preparation.
  • Support the Bizsentials team with daily administrative tasks and process improvement.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Administrative Coordinator.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and CRM tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in business consulting, marketing, or sales support.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered automation tools for efficiency.
  • Ability to work with international clients and manage time zone differences.
