Overview:
Bizsentials Consulting is looking for a Web Developer / Web Designer to design and develop high-performing websites for clients and internal use. This role involves building visually appealing, user-friendly, and functional websites optimized for conversions.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop custom WordPress, Shopify, or Webflow websites.
- Optimize websites for speed, mobile responsiveness, and SEO.
- Implement e-commerce functionalities, sales funnels, and integrations.
- Conduct website audits and make necessary performance improvements.
- Ensure websites follow branding, UX/UI design best practices, and accessibility standards.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to enhance the digital experience.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in web development and design.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress (or similar platforms).
- Experience with e-commerce platforms, CRM integrations, and payment gateways.
- Strong understanding of SEO and website performance optimization.
- Portfolio showcasing past website projects and development expertise.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with consulting firms or service-based businesses.
- Knowledge of AI-powered chatbots, automation tools, and lead generation techniques.
- Background in conversion rate optimization (CRO) and digital marketing.
